Accurate Appraisals of North Carolina, Inc. is dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality residential appraisal services. We specialize in the southeastern coastal region of North Carolina, including Pender, Onslow, Carteret, Craven, Brunswick, and New Hanover counties.

Rebecca Johnson, MNAA Certified Residential Appraiser
Founder & Owner

Rebecca brings years of experience and a strong commitment to the profession. She is actively involved in professional organizations including:

  • North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition (NCPAC) – Officer on the Board of Directors

  • South Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition (SCPAC)

  • National Association of Appraisers (NAA) – Communications Committee

  • Published in Appraiser Focus Magazine and Valuation Review Magazine

She also founded the Appraisal Trainees Learning Together Facebook group, mentors new appraisers, and advocates for industry awareness.

Outside of work, Rebecca is active in her local church, serves in the Membership Ministry and Respect Life Ministries, and is a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary.
